First and foremost, the outstanding kindness of the staff! They were all trying to anticipate our needs, and when we had a question, any of them would try his best to answer, and make us happy! that's the most outstanding experience I had in an hotel. On top of this, the rooms are very nice, comfy, and the 'ambiance', in the rooftop is crazy! Plus the jazz concerts in the bar at the lobby....that's really giving us the feeling we're at home!

Here for marathon weekend and the hotel couldn’t have done more for us from welcome goodies, to an amazing welcome party after completing the marathon. Large modern rooms, delicious breakfast and first class staff!

The service from the receptionists was truly the highlight. Normally, I feel a bit of rudeness in the treatment towards Brazilians, but in this hotel, it was completely the opposite!
Every day, the room was cleaned, and the towels were changed. The bathroom was super clean.
