The hotel is cosy and chill. The staff are very nice and helpful. I loved the neighborhood, full of cute shops and cafes. View of the city from our little balcony was amazing. In general, felt very clean and comfortable. I totally recommend.

Definitely a place we will book again if we will be back in New York. Location, space, people are all amazing. We enjoyed our stay here that we cancelled our other hotel bookings and stayed here after a weekend trip somewhere else.

The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.
