Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!
