Wonderful hotel, close to the city center, everything is within walking distance, and there’s a direct metro line to the airport. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the photos on the website fully match reality. But the best part is the panoramic view of the city from the window — I didn’t even feel like going out :)

Staff were incredible! Very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the options for two beds but in separate ends of the room was a nice surprise. Location was key and the lounge area with a coffee machine was an amazing touch.

Breakfast was amazing: with milk, fruit, cake, cereal, bagels, bread, toaster, cream cheese, yoghurt, coffee, juice. The room had everything: personal reading light, locker, plug. The location is perfect: close by metro to airport and close by all highlights and the lake. And the staff was great: agnes and the reception were super helpful and friendly, and Will gave us an amazing tour through Chicago.
