The room was very efficient and clean, had everything I needed. The view of the city was beautiful. The staff was attentive and excellent. My last night I had an issue with an electrical short in the room (not the fault of the hotel) and the staff immediately resolved the issue and switched my room (and the manager followed up the next morning). The bar and lobby area is amazing and I thought the taco restaurant and quick serve area was perfect for grabbing something on the go or a late night snack

Counter staff were extremely friendly, helpful and assisted me in having a great experience here. Breakfast was really tasty, the milk, breads and waffles were all good options I tried! Oatmeal was actually surprisingly good with raisins and other ingredients. The room I was given was very spacious, the TV had great selection of genres, was able to watch UEFA champions league during my stay which was such a delight. Great that they have laundry service too. The hotel also provides a great discount for food delivery with GrubHub if you feel peckish. The mart had nice and useful items if you are willing to pay. Loved that I could grab tea/coffee 24/7 especially on cold nights.

Super friendly and very welcoming staff, I appreciated they took time to chat a little bit with me.
The room was very cosy, the bathroom super spacious. Very comfortable bed and sofa.
Complimentary breakfast was good and I truly enjoyed the "Manager's Reception" event in the evening.

Very nice room on the 19th floor with the great view on the downtown, close to the swimming pool. The hotel staff, especially waiters taking care of the guests during breakfast were really nice and very professional.
