The hotel is perfectly located in the magnificent mile area where you have close a lot of different businesses, restaurants and attractions. The people working there are always nice, check inn and check out process is fast. The relationship between price and what you receive is so good considering that the price is lower than a lot of hotels in that same area. The hotel is clean, rooms are with good size.

The hotel is well placed for shops and bars. It was Pet friendly. the doggies get their own party bag of goodies. The breakfast was excellent but it was the staff that made my stay. they are honestly exceptional. Friendly, welcoming, professional & knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble. special thanks to Devon who checked me in. he also made it possible for me to have a later checkout.

The room was very spacious and the facilities were top draw. Reception staff were great Location was really good for us as we were able to walk to the Art Institute with numerous restaurants nearby.
