Great location to downtown. Nice restaurants close by and great coffee shops. The staff were great. Valet team, front desk and cleaning teams all so great. They had a coffee machine and bottles of water in the room. Room was massive and had a comfortable bed. Felt safe. They had washing machines and dryers available on level 6 which was so helpful after travelling for 3 weeks!

This Downtown Dallas Westin is 10 minutes’ walk from Dallas city centre and less than 2 km from American Airlines Center. Features include a restaurant, lobby bar, and a 32nd-level indoor pool.

The customer service is exceptional, the staff really cares about the guests, they are friendly and genuine. The rooms were comfortable, modern and super clean. Mattresses so comfortable and the linen quality superior😁. I used the garage across the street and it was perfect. Yes, there’s construction, to improve a beautiful historical property, so I look forward to return!

This is my 2nd time using this hotel because it is great for what we needed for the weekend. I love that the room is set up like a studio, and has a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and sofa. I also really like the express elevators that take you directly to your room.
