All the assistance was online, but it was fast and on point. Very helpful, informative, and convenient.
The location is great - it is downtown, near the Art Museum and other great attractions.

Super nice Personnel! Very helpful and accommodating, to even let me spontaneously cancel my last night when my flight got changed and gave me a refund. The Café downstairs is also very cosy and the pizza next door was delicious!
