The lady who owns this place. She was discreet, yet always available and enquiring if we needed anything, if everything was fine etc...when she would see us. The cleanliness: it was impeccable Everything included: good Starbucks coffee, plenty of towels, replacement if needed, everything to cook, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, soap etc....toaster, blender, juicer, kettle microwave, stove, etc..... Easy access Security Quietness Proximity to Las Olas Boulevard 30 minutes walk to beach, which is awesome if you want to get your daily walk. If not, few minutes away by car. Parking included.

Outstanding Service & Kindness! We didn’t get the chance to stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas, but we were truly amazed by the professionalism and generosity of the staff — especially Jeffrey Katz, Director of Rooms. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our reservation at the very last moment, and yet the hotel was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Jeffrey responded with compassion and offered a thoughtful resolution that went above and beyond. Friends of ours who were able to stay at the hotel shared glowing feedback — they said the experience was excellent in every way, with warm and attentive hospitality that truly stood out. This kind of service is rare and says everything about the quality and integrity of the team at this hotel.
