The front desk person was wonderful…had a “Priceline” problem…I didn’t contact them but apparently was hijacked to their site and my reservation went through them. They tried to charge me for 2 rooms but we did end up getting that straightened out.

Rooms, lobby, etc very nice. Breakfast was exceptional. Fitness room also great. Water bottles and towels available. Cookies in the lobby in the evening were delicious. Front desk was very welcoming. They did all the little things. Great stay overall.

Our room had cockroaches that I had to chase every day to flush down in the toilet :-(

The staff is wonderful. They are so kind and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. If you need extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc they don't mind providing it and they don't act like it's a bother to them they always do it with a smile. We travel a ton because of my husband's job and I would say this is one of the best hotel experiences we have had with the staff. We also feel safe while staying and it's not far off of the interstate so its very convenient to nearby locations and attractions. I do wish the beds were a little softer/comfortable but I can live with it, some people like firm beds I'm just not one of them. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning the rooms and also providing any towels you need. We actually drove 3.5 hours out of our way to stay back at this hotel be we liked it so much and feel welcomed each time. They have a nice little pool also and it's always clean and well maintained.
