The service was really good, when arrived we missed one set of towels. Our request to send additional set was handled immediately. Valet parking - quick and professional.

The second front desk person was great, we arrived an hour before checkin, was told our room wasn’t ready. I waited 45 mins after checkin began before going back to front desk, room was still not ready, we were graciously upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise!
