Everything. The whole experience has made me want to book another trip, just to go and stay there again. I'm not surprised it is so popular with travellers, I imagine it hasn't lost one bit of charm or service since it opened in the early part of the last century.

We loved the beds and the bed linen. Car parking was awesome. Proximity to all Hollywood, Beverly Hills attractions. Also easy to get to Santa Monica. Very central location. Oh and the free bottle of Grey Goose under the bed was a lovely touch - thank you :)

All the staff, from the reception to housekeeping, were all excellent, very friendly and clearly wanted to make your stay comfortable. Room was spotless, quiet & the beds were very comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is wonderful! Every corner is super nice. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. In-room Dyptique toiletries, are a nice plus!The location of the hotel is very good. Definitely if I come back to L.A. I will repeat or go to any other Palihouse hotel!
