We had an issue that was resolved quickly and the customer service was excellent. The apartment was very clean. Well equipped with everything you could want. Laundry was easy to use. Location was very central. Loved the free parking. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend ❤️

Bed was so comfortable with two thick pillows, you also get a big towel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hostel looked amazing, big kitchen with everything you need and really nice spaces to chill near a fireplace. But most of all it was CLEAN! Always saw someone cleaning something, even at 9pm.
Location very convenient, I just personally didn’t really like Santa Monica.

The hotel is stylishly renovated and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was well stocked with beds and towels and the water was warm. The position facing the ocean was lovely and a relatively easy walk into the shops, bars and restaurants of Santa Monica.
