Fábio and his wife are great hosts! The room and private bathroom are cozy, very clean and very well kept. The shared areas are equally great. They left us beverages in the fridge and some snacks as well as coffee and tea. We were able to have our own privacy. Location is excellent and safe. Will rent again next time we are in LA. Thanks!

The fantastic location and close by all the legendary rock clubs was especially appreciated. The area felt safe to walk around as a single woman, even in the evening.
