Having a free parking place was very comforting. There was no breakfast but coffee and tea was served at the lobby, and there are nice places to eat nearby, at five minute walking . The internet was super. We went to the center by bus once, but the second day found parking at the center, 20$ for nine hours ( not the one which was 75$ for I don't know how much time!!!) which was enough time to enjoy the beautiful downtown streets on foot.

Having individual locker, ear plug, etc was great.
And nice bedding!!!
Breakfast was great! and also i could spend a good morning time at the ground floor(in front of lobby) sofa.
it was nice that sufficient restrooms were placed but few of the hair dryers were maybe out of order..?

Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus.
What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality.
The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.
