I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel, Although the design is older, it has a unique character and warmth that I really appreciated. The decor features beautiful touches of copper, marble, and wood which gave it a stylish yet cozy feel. Was clena and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful - they even gave us a voucher for breakfast on the first day which was thoughtful. The breakfast itself wasn't huge but it had everything you'd want to start the day right. Thank you for the great experience - I'll definitely be staying again!

I was initially overwhelmed about being alone in NYC, but staying here truly made the experience better. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Penn Station and the Metro, in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The room was small (as expected in NYC), but thoughtfully equipped with everything needed: a comfortable bed and pillow, air conditioning, wardrobe, sink, hairdryer, and even a steamer! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. It was also great to have breakfast - simple options like fruit, granola, cereal, bagels, bread, and cream cheese, but in a city as expensive as New York, it saved both time and money. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well-maintained, with facilities on each floor. During my 4-day stay, I only had to wait once and I just went one floor above, so that was also great. I feel very lucky to have booked this place, it made my solo trip feel safe and comfortable. Truly grateful!

The staff are very helpful, breakfast was great and rooms were very clean and no noise at night . Excellent location you can walk to time square and all other areas, 2 minutes walk to the subway and 24/24 restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. Recommend staying there as the area is also clean and very safe.

The location was very good! Close to a lot of sightseeing things. Room size was great, we stayed there for 5 nights so we were happy for the big room. Also all the amenities in the room were great. We had a great view at the 17th floor and we were close to the rooftop terrace. Real recommendation is this hotel!
