A wonderful place for solo travelers! I was a bit hesitant about sharing the bathroom and shower, but everything was really well organized. I could always shower or use the toilet whenever I needed, and everything was clean and tidy. The air conditioning in the room was perfect during the hot days. Das made me feel very welcome and was super friendly and gave me the sense that I could always reach out if I needed anything. All in all, a very pleasant and hospitable place!

The location is great. Close to Broadway and other attractions but still in a quiet area. The view from the window is spectacular. Rooms are clean. The staff is amazing: helpful and friendly.

The hotel was amazing, rooms are very clean, ours had a beautiful view on lower Manhattan. You could even see Statue of liberty in the distance. In the room there is a coffee machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, safe, hair dryer, bathroom toiletries. The room is cleaned daily and all the towels were regularly replaced. We were on 28th floor and couldn't hear the traffic from the street, also the hallways were quiet. There was a problem with 2 out of 4 elevators so the waiting times were a bit higher, but they appointed one of the employees to navigate with the elevators at all time. The breakfast is good, there is a selection of cereal, eggs, muffins,.. coffee, juices,.. the fact that we had a breakfast was huge; NY is sooo expensive, so we saved tons of money on food and coffee. Hotel is very close to the metro station, and in the center for all locations. The street is filled with flower shops, so this was great.

It will be hard to find a hotelroom in NYC that is cleaner than this. And the view is to die for. Moxy Chelsea sets the bar really high. Everyone is genuinely friendly too. A big thank you to the entire team !
