The hotel is great, very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Great locations, actually amazing, very kind staff and awesome breakfast. The room was very very nice even if not with much space, bed are comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Overall great experience because most of all we felt like home!

I always have great time staiyng at The Richland Hotel in LES. It's my favorite Hotel in LES, since its located perfectly for my needs and the transportation is very near by. I can only recommend staying here!

it’s so spacious! we didn’t realise there were 2 bathrooms in the family suite so that was a brilliant surprise, great for getting 4 people out jn the morning. The view over the bridge is wonderful.

From the first moment that we stepped into the hotel till the last moment that we checked out, we were treated like a family member by the ladies at the Reception always with a smiling face. The room (Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds City View) was spacious and clean as well as quiet with a spectacular view of the Colombus Park nearby and the tall buildings around. It was very nice to be able to open a little bit the two windows to get some fresh air, even though the air conditioner worked properly at all times. The location of the hotel is in Chinatown in Lower Manhattan, which I would recommend for its nice and safe neighborhood, and it is very close to many attractions, restaurants, street food, marketplace, and public transport (metro and buses) all within easy walking distance.

I travelled to NY for work and stayed here, close to my office. The hotel is beautiful and I had a great view of the bridge and river. The room itself was well-designed, great great bathroom, and super clean. Would stay again. Also, the rootop bar is great with a beautiful view of NYC

Look. You get what you pay for. These are cheap as hell hotels, so don’t go expecting much. In fact, reframe your thoughts and rather than bash the place for lack of amenities, small rooms, not hospital grade cleanliness, etc, appreciate that it’s cheap, you get what you need, and you’re near all the places you’d want to be in NYC. So if you start off with this frame of mind, as far as 1-star hotels go, this fits the bill perfectly lol I picked a double with no windows and a shared bathroom and it was fine. I wanted a bed, some place to keep my stuff while in town, and a bathroom to shower and shit. If your needs are similar to mine, then go ahead and book. As my rule, I bring shower shoes and a pillow case, and buy some cheap disinfecting wipes as a precaution for less than stellar cleanliness and I did use all of them except the case because I forgot and it made the place better for me to stay. Perhaps you could do the same. I saw the ladies cleaning the bathroom and mopping the floor so they do clean. I should note that this is an old building so take that into account. And the staff were friendly. No complaints in that department either.
