Always felt well taken care of- cool little touches like apples and water upon arrival, ginger snap bedtime cookies. Loved the music mix… I can’t see why we would stay anywhere else when we come to NYC

The room was small but comfy and clean. The hotel is right next to subway tracks, but the windows do a good job of keeping the room quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a modern smart TV which allowed us to log into Netflix.

great location to explore NYC. China town is crowded and not very pleasant but within 5 minutes walking discount you can get out of it.

Hotel and room were so clean! Amazing location just under Chinatown & Little Italy. It is across the street from a park which is great as well. We will be back.

I appreciated that our floor had three bathrooms, so there were no lines. The bathrooms were generally clean and unclogged quickly. The room was basic—just a bed, table, and chair. Sound carried easily, but the atmosphere was very calm.
