Absolutely loved our stay at Moxy! The rooms were lovely, so comfortable and so well designed. Great view from the room as well. The shower was the best shower I’ve ever used, wow! The cafe, restaurant and bar attached to the hotel were all absolutely fantastic, the staff were super helpful and the vibes were immaculate.

Breakfast if quite good for USA. Daily cleaning. 24/7 coffee available (decaf and regular), creamer, surgar, tea, hot/cold water, paper plates and cups. Fridge and microwave in the room. Every single interaction with the staff at the Ludlow was 10/10. Always super responsive, even before we arrived. Better service than I've had in 5-star hotels – these folks are just consistently on the ball. Great location, tucked away on a street with loads of cool shops and restaurants – short walk to Soho/other cool areas. 24/7 room service serving actually amazing food. (Try the hummus and pita for a quick snack!)
