The staff was really helpful- they even lent us a Keurig so we could have coffee in our room. I really liked the online check-in system. The design of the lobby and rooms was really nice and the location is great- right next to the Chelsea Markets and the subway.

No breakfast But freshly brewed coffee and juices. , which was fabulous. As we were on the ground flour , it was great to be able to walk out to kitchen to get fresh coffee first thing in PJ’s ❤️. Fabulous garden too , to sit out in to read , chat, or just relax. Staff were so friendly , helpful and welcoming.

Great location, felt very central and safe. Very close to subway. Room was wonderful with a great view of Empire State Building. Staff were very approachable and friendly too. Highly recommended.
