Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I have been to NYC many times, and have always been disappointed in the size of the hotel rooms. The rooms at the Shelbourne were very large and comfortable. All together we had 3 rooms and everyone in the group was very satisfied with the size of the room. An added bonus is that each room gets to have 2 free items from the lobby snack bar (water, juice, chips, cookies, peanuts, popcorn, etc.)

My wife and I were guests at the Renwick Hotel for 2 weeks in August 2023. First to the staff. This one was very competent, helpful and friendly. The room was very pretty and extremely clean. This also applied to the entire hotel. In addition, the hotel has both a beautiful exterior and interior design. The location is also excellent both in terms of the proximity to many sights and the connection by public transport. Superb location. Could get anywhere conveniently. Friendly & helpful staff. Fountain water was tasty (big deal to travellers).

Everything. They even have a Mirabelle chocolate shop in lobby! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets incredibly soft. Great big wonderful bathtub and a bidet. Excellent green tea in the spacious room. Wonderful staff.

I had a wonderful stay, everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was incredibly spacious, secure, and super practical. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, which made the whole experience even better. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be to add a smaller frying pan, as it wasn’t possible to use the pan and pot on the stove at the same time. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for more!

Ideally set in New York, Pestana Park Avenue features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace.
