My wife and I were guests at the Renwick Hotel for 2 weeks in August 2023. First to the staff. This one was very competent, helpful and friendly. The room was very pretty and extremely clean. This also applied to the entire hotel. In addition, the hotel has both a beautiful exterior and interior design. The location is also excellent both in terms of the proximity to many sights and the connection by public transport. I am very satisfied with having stayed two weeks at Sonder at the Nash. The hotel appartment was spacious, clean, cozy and convenient as it is placed in walking distance to the UN and nearly anywhere in midtown Manhattan. The appartment looked like the pictures and had a very Nordic feel to it. The building has a 24/7 doorman and feels very safe like the surrounding neighborhood. The Sonder staff would reply within a minute on the Sonder chat function and accommodate any wishes I had (incl. new batteries to the remote controle, late check out etc.). It was very easy to check in and out and to use the access code for the door. The appartment and the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was huge and comfortable.
