The Hotel is at the heart of Manhattan, with Times Square around the corner! most if the locations we wanted to see are on walking distance. Central park, Empire State building, Hudson Yards (for the boat tour) etc. for the locations a bit further there are 2 different subway lines within 1 block from the hotel, making public transportation very easy and quick. The Breakfast is unbelievable good for American standards, truly amazing, there might be a bit of a waiting line when busy, but the process is very efficient and they get everybody seated quickly

Trendy space! Lobby and rooms! Well designed and considered! Location was perfectly central and for convenience the metro in the same block. Everything easily accessibly by foot or metro.

Very well situated and close to all modes of transport to enable trips to every part of NYC! Staff were lovely and very helpful. The Sky Bar staff were friendly and not too pushy. Decor and room layout tasteful, modern and spotlessly clean!

When we arrived, the rooms were not ready but they offered us a compensation fee or points for our stay. They upgraded our room and store our luggage. Very kind staff even though the weather or rude guests.
