My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to Jolene at the front desk.
From the moment we arrived, Jolene greeted us with a warm smile and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful with , offered great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything I needed.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with top-notch amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Jolene attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated my experience.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

The Holiday Inn Sacramento could not be better located. There is a bus from the airport to the street next to the hotel and the rail station is five minutes away by foot. The hotel is right next to Old Sacramento which is a cute area of perfectly preserved eighteenth century buildings now occupied by cafes and shops. My room had a large desk, great chairs and a very comfortable bed. It also had a bath. I imagine most people use the shower but it is good to have a bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated their support.

Professionally run, immaculately clean hotel with a great location and large rooftop swimming pool. Excellent service around the pool. On site parking and valet service available which was great after a long drive.
Ice available on every floor of the hotel was handy for cold drinks. Saves going to bar or reception.

Location was amazing, you walk straight out into old town Sacramento. Massive room with views of the Paddle Wheel and Golden Bridge. (honestly think we got the best room) Comfortable bed, huge bathroom.
Staff were great, even when there was issues with the valet. One staff member came out to assist with valet parking when it was very busy.
Lovely Bar with amazing views.
There was a Mermaid, Merman and pirate convention while we were here.
Would definitely just go back to Sacramento just to stay here again.
