Exceptionally clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice and warm on a chilly spring night. Comfortable big bed with good quality sheets and pillow options. Hotel seems well looked-after both in the rooms and in the common areas. Compared to other SF hotels, good value at $180/night. Located downtown, a 10min walk from a BART station in a relatively safe area by SF standards.

Superb Location, Free Parking, Super polite staff. Also Pretty close to Chinatown Subway and few bus stops as well. This is a very comfortable place, Although a little dated but comfy for sure.

The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
