Great Hotel! Awsome look / design and architecture. Very new hotel, great facilities, game room, it's very clean and very very well located in San Francisco city. We were a few blocks from Pier 39, close to everything - Cable cars, Big Bus Company, stores, restaurants like Boudin, boat tours, etc. If asked in advanced, you can get a room view to Golden Gate Bridge. The concierge Tatiana was very helpful to us, the hotel had a great water machine, so you can get water for free anytime, and we also got a SMORES experience by the fire. We loved it! Couldn't get a better place to stay in San Francisco.
