The front office let me do a early check-in as I had missed my connecting flight after a long travel. THAT WAS GOLD.
Everything else was just as perfect as it could be. The little mini mart next door is enough for all your small travel needs.
Would recommend to all.

We liked the location on Lombard, near Van Ness. We had a very pleasant stay. On the 4th floor you can see the GGB, the room was big enough for a couple and a kid and the room and the bathroom were very clean. One of our best stays in California! I recommend the place and I would come back without any hesitation if I had to visit San Francisco again!
The head is very available and compliant : we could have a 1h-earlier check-in to avoid leaving our luggage in the car when parked and this is very nice. Thank you and go on this way!

At first I was a bit worried reading all the reviews, but in the end it was all good!
Location - very convenient, not that far from the center, you can take a short ride or take 30-60 mins walk if it's a good weather.
Parking - for free, perfect for SF!
Room - very spacious, nothing to complain about!
Staff - no issues at all, I've met 2 different guys at the reception, not one of them was anyhow rude, as some people have mentioned here.
Definitely worth the price!

Super luxury rooms compare to the nice price. It was our nicest room in our US road trip all around the country. Freshly renovated for sure. Very good location and super nice staff. Not so many parking space but the receptionist said if we can't find any they have another additional parking lot not too far away. Even with this warning, we haven't have any problem to park at the hotel every night.
