We stayed at the Maxwell Hotel for 2 nights to attend a concert. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle, and the fact that the hotel is dog friendly is amazing (though we didn't bring our dogs this time). The location was perfect, close to so many tourist destinations, and there were great restaurants nearby as well. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and easy going. Thank you so much for our stay!

The service here was amazing. We were having the worst day after an 18 hour flight and getting stuck on the road for 5 hours. The guy at the counter was so understanding about our slightly late check in and even gave us a free room upgrade just to make our day a little better. We couldn't be more grateful. Only wish that we got his name to thank him personally!
The room itself was great: huge bathroom, hot showers, a really comfortable bed and nice little view of the sea. There was also a simple complimentary breakfast in the morning with pastries, eggs and coffee. Location was right in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants around and just a short walk from Pike Place.
Unfortunately, we were only here for a night but would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Very luxurious rooms. The bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A Whole Foods was located practically next door so that was convenient. Overall a lovely hotel.

First time in a hostel, stayed in other hostels after, and this one was the one I liked the most. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast, they also offer free walk tours and every night there's free ice cream/dinner depending on the day. Also we had to arrive one day later because of a cancelled flight and the staff immediately reduced one night from our total price without even asking, really appreciated that! Also the location was very good, right in front of pike place market.
