So surprised !! We had parked the car two blocks away from the Hotel so I went to check in. The Gentleman on Reception kindly offered to help with our suitcases. Luis is a big asset to this Hotel. I hope you look after him.

The hotel has a very good infrastructure, the staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, the hotel provides an afternoon snack, which I found it great. The location was very good. The hotel has a gym and a sauna!! My experience was very pleasant, I totally recommend.

Rooms were spacious and they did a great job at cleaning them every day and keeping them spotless. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic!!!. Staff was very kind and helpful and when we needed something they provided it right away. Location is awesome, close to the Punta Carretas mall, shops and restaurants.

The Staff were absolutely Brilliant.
I needed to contact a doctor during my stay and all the staff were very helpful and caring, especially Fabricio.
I could not have asked for better service, even got breakfast delivered to my room with a smile.
