The staff are amazing! They are friendly and helpful from the front desk, guest relations, the spa, the restaurant, to the Rooftop Bar. Facilities are lovely. The room was large, neat, comfortable, and cosy. The view from the rooftop bar is nice during the day and night. Was happy with the spa treatment. Very relaxing. Breakfast has a lot of variety, with good pastries and an egg and pho station. Enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is in a good location, close to shops and cafés. The famous bridge was visible from the window.
The rooms are very large and tidy. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
We took advantage of the free bicycles - highly recommended.
You can also book a massage here, which is very good. There is a free swimming pool on the roof and a gym.
However, as we stayed for 4 nights, we got a 30 min massage for free.
But when we changed our plans and stayed 3 nights instead of 4, we got our money back.
So I highly recommend the hotel!

Staffs here were the most impressive things that engraved in my mind, so nice, friendly, and helpful. The property offers many qualified tours with the reasonable prices. Additionally, the room, its scent was so good that I can not forget that, so fresh and nice. Standing by the pool, I can see almost the entire city. So good!
Definitely, I will come back.

A clean place in a local neighbourhood at a good price with no fake reviews, no random holes, no fake pictures, no mold nor sewer smell ! It's a new hotel so facilities are modern and not too used. Reception is looking nice, rooms are just like the pictures and quite charming. Brand new AC, Wifi was pretty good although speed varies with high traffic as it's a global network. The bed wasn't rock hard, the windows had big openings for fresh air. The lights were good too, not too bright not too dim. Good view from top floors. Good facilities nearby and not far from city center and activities but far enough so that you won't hear the noise.
I highly recommend the place as of 2024 and will be back.

Friendly host. Very quiet location, you can find all sorts of food options in the morning within 10 minutes walk. Quite a lot of vegetarian food shops open in the morning, and there is a market where you can buy fresh fruits.
