Firstly all staff were excellent, all were very accommodating, going above and beyond their duties 5 stars.
Secondly the Stunning Views from our Bathroom and Bedroom on the 16th floor were spectacular.
Thirdly we loved the automatic lifts that were operated using our room key, there was then an announcement to inform us of which lift would be arriving first.
