This was the perfect location for us. Not in the middle of the busy city, but still easily accessible to everything. To get to the old town you would have to: E.g. take a taxi – 20 minutes. The apartment is large and comfortable and the hotel has a nice gym. The breakfast is first class - with excellent coffee

The staff really are very hospitable. They are all willing to assist their guests no matter what. You can feel their genuine desire to make their guests' stay at their hotel; Phuong most especially. He is very kind and very helpful. He even used his personal cell to contact our tour operator. That was really going beyond service.

Receptionist desk very helpfull There was a lady who updated our room because we could not Place our suitcases properly. Also the there was a receptionist I forgot his name he was goingbto Germany he told us. He was extremaly Nice and helpfull.
