Superbly managed hotel.
Fabulous staff...warm friendly courteous helpful...just 10/10 on every level.
Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, beds very comfortable. Agree with previous reviewers ...thd best place we've stayed in Vietnam.
Only 15 min walk along river to main part of town & a big bonus being that distance away. Very quiet location.
Pool is lovely, very well maintained .
Breakfast wonderful. We also had dinner there on 2 nights and it was very good.
Thoroughly recommended.

Definitely what we loved the most from this hotel was its people. Since day -10 (before we arrived) they were really attentive to whatever I asked them via Booking or even WhatsApp. Once we arrived they gave us the best recommendations for tours and things to do at the lovely city of Hoi An. We were on our honeymoon, so I requested some decorations for our room; they did a wonderful job it looked stunning.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Robert and Flower exceed all expectations. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. Robert met us, quickly got us settled into our room and had two banh mi waiting for us - much appreciated after a long travel day. Their recommendations (food and tours) were also always fantastic. Great location and nice rooms. Pool was refreshing.
