Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Despite the overall size of the facility, they manage to maintain it really well. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally good. I can say that staying in this hotel turned into an unforgettable experience for our family.

Huyen, the owner of the property and her hospitality made our stay very memorable. We feeled not only as guests, but The Guests, and this adds a lot to a trip. Rooms are neat and tidy, her homemade breakfasts, coffees and juices are great. Loved the beach which is very close. We were able to order food from her to the room and also to the beach which was very delicious and there are good bars/cafes and places to eat nearby as well. Hoi An old town is not far, we went there with Grab, but you can use the free bicycles of the hotel too. @travelwithbetti

Everything was perfect. Very clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and everything you need. Very pretty decorations and furniture. Amazing breakfast with so many delicious options to choose from. It was a big bonus to have fitness centre with ac! The location was perfect so close to the beach but still in quiet area. The employees in each department were super friendly and helpfull (and also spoke english very well). I really loved my stay. If I come back to Hoi An 100% sure I will stay in this hotel again as this was the best hotel I've experienced in my month's travel in Vietnam.

everything was perfect ❤️ we arrived and got a personnal welcome with some fresh fruits and the best iced tea we tried !! we got recommendations of restaurants, cafes, activities and a map. Then the room is really pretty and clean. The bed is also very comfortable and the tv has netflix. It really looks like the pictures ❤️ the staff is kind and sweet !! they showed us the way to the beach and you can also access to bikes for free. You get a bag with towels to bring to the beach in your rooms so you don’t need to worry about that either. the breakfast was delicious and you can pick the food you want the day before Close to the hotel, you can find a coffee shop with a private beach ( the sound of silence ) and locals restaurants. ( ~3min by foot ) they though about every little attention and that mades our stay the best we had so far in vietnam

What an amazing place to be!! The hotel is near the beach in a very good position, the room view to swimming pool and the coconut trees,very big and modern design with balcony, the pool amazing the banana trees do shadow so you can swim not in hot sun, very clean and the breakfast delicious, but what makes the difference is the people,Mrs Zui is an amazing woman, kind helpful very good professional she bought us birthday cake for my husband's birthday and a gift for me, she is a friend and Mrs Phuong so cute and kind, she booked us tickets for vin wonders and answered all our questions, also the rest staff was amazing Phu, Youton and Da, I hope to come back sometime and enjoy again the hospitality, thank you for this amazing experience, I highly recommend!!
