Kevin and Lind were always available to assist me with anything I needed. I totally love how all the staff were upbeat and friendly. They have a fridge in the lobby if ever thirsty lounging by the pool. Massages are available with 30min notice a masseuse will show up in the lobby at the hotel with a dedicated room in hotel for massages at great rates. I liked my 10AM massages 😊. Beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect for me. Thank you team at Nostalgia

Good location, big and clean room, nice spa, and very professional staff. Especially the service clients staff, Ms. Nga is very kind and made us feel cared. Because of the hotel staff our stay at Hoi An was very special.

The hotel was very nice in an excellent location but the best thing was the owners. They were extremely helpful at all times of the day with helpful suggestions and quick organisation of visits and transport. Stop looking at other places and stay there!

It's truly a botique hotel - everything was perfect from room to personnel. We appreciated all the tips about the city from the staff and it felt very personal. Breakfast was also delicious.
