Casa del Sonder is a great little guest house in the Bo-Kaap area. Chase, Amanda, and the other staff have created a very cute boutique space that is conveniently located to great amenities, from beaches to delicious roadside chicken tikka :) They are super helpful whenever you have questions, and made a fun community for us to hang out in for a few days. The price was very reasonable, and the property has a generator for load shedding, meaning I was able to conduct meetings in EST with no interruption.

A stunning and comfortable house with a nice kitchen, comfy sofa for an extra person to sleep on, and 2 comfy bedrooms, one ensuite, an an extra bathroom. Located in the heart of Bo-Kaap, you are surrounded by colourful houses. Marina is very helpful and her neighbour, Diane is an absolute gem. Even though the house is near an informal settlement, there are police making the rounds and the people that live in the area seem to look out for each other, so we never felt unsafe. Located near many attractions like V&A Waterfont and Table Mountain etc.

great patio ..... the view of the TableMountain and Lionshead are fantastic ..... and we loved the outdoor shower it is very quiet (my husband woke up from the Muezzin at night who was calliing from the mosque) very central and easy to get around by foot

Host was very friendly and helpful right after the booking. She followed up with our booking again 1 week before we came. Called her in the night for the heater and she promptly answered the call to assist us. It was a waste that we only stayed for a night.

We would like to express gratitude to the all staff of Hyatt hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the landscape from the room was incredible and stunning, the staff polite and ready to help. We would like to highlight reception team, especially receptionist named Rushen. He was very polite and client oriented! I would even say he is kind of old-fashioned person in client service. This kind of person always does the best and more than the best. On the first day in Cape Town we faced some difficulties and were exhausted by the long journey to South Africa. Fortunately, Rushen who was proceeding our booking helped to set up all the issues. I can confirm he did extra mile for us and we appreciate it. We hope the hotel manager encourage this employee and share our feedback with the team! Thank you for your hospitality and great accommodation in Cape Town!
