The breakfast was amazing! Over the course of our 3 breakfasts, we tried most everything on the menu, and it was all delicious. The french toast was about the best we had ever had, and the coffee was outstanding. The best part was the lovely conversations we had with the hotel staff each day, as they were all so friendly and welcoming.

Hands down, Casa del Sonder is a true gem and one of the nicest hotels we stayed in SA! We absolutely loved this place, especially, the stunning views from the rooftop terrace overlooking Bo-Kaap and the Table Mountain. Oh gosh, such a treat!Sadly, it was too cold to benefit from the pool but this place offers the perfect spot for sundowners! Super central location, very clean facilities, the staff is amazing/friendly, the interior just wonderful. If you are coming to Cape Town, you must stay here!

great patio ..... the view of the TableMountain and Lionshead are fantastic ..... and we loved the outdoor shower
it is very quiet (my husband woke up from the Muezzin at night who was calliing from the mosque)

Host was very friendly and helpful right after the booking. She followed up with our booking again 1 week before we came. Called her in the night for the heater and she promptly answered the call to assist us. It was a waste that we only stayed for a night.
