The whole experience itself from the day I booked, meeting Vuyisile using arrival and her polite attitude and how she warmly welcomed us. How she explained all the details and overall service.
The other thing was the late afternoon cruise that was organized, my wife and I loved that , having the whole boat to ourselves.
The skipper, Momelisi was suoer amazing. He is so knowledgeable, lovely and very friendly. He made our sea experience so calm and enjoyable.

The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

We loved everything about this unit. The location and proximity were fantastic. Great security and the lace was spotless. Beds were very comfy, the people managing and looking after the unit were so prompt if we had any problems or questions. we could not have been happier. Our lovely host Daisy, who met us at the property also added such an extra special touch!

What I liked most is that there is no more load shedding at the hotel. The breakfast is very good, the staffs are very professional and welcoming. It is located at V&A itself, so lots of things to do and eat around. I booked a family room (2 double rooms with shared bathroom), I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and very comfy beds.
