This was one of the nicest Guesthouses that we have ever stayed at for a number of reasons. Firstly, Mike the owner was incredibly friendly and took great care of us while we were there. He gave us excellent advice and ideas of what to do in the area. We loved it so much here we ended up staying an extra two nights! The location is spectacular, it is situated on beautiful Leisure Island and the guesthouse is right across the road from Bollards Bay. The facilities here were amazing, our room was so clean, comfortable and very spacious. The breakfasts served each morning were delicious, there were freshly made muffins each day. We couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience here, we loved every minute and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to South Africa.

Delightful location on the edge of the lagoon. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.

The best place I’ve stayed during my vacation in South Africa. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and super clean . The island is also incredible. The breakfast is delicious. The host is very friendly.

Pierre was welcoming and warm and ready to make our stay worthwhile. We arrived late and he was accommodating to the late check in. The room Was ready woth water and coffee. He placed an order at a nearby restaurant for us to have dinner as they do not serve dinner at his place. The sheets were crispy. The room and bathroom very comfortable to accommodate 2 adutls and 2 children. The breakfast is fresh and filling with yogurt fruits bread waffles and croissants. The staff is kind and warm. We needed lundry done and Margaret did it for us while we took the bikes to go around the island. What a magical place!!! We wished we had planned pur stay to be there longer. Such a beautiful place. Attention to detail and top hospitality

Beautiful appartment, very nice location with beautiful view over Knysna lagoon from the balcony. Our host Marisa was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!
