We had a wonderful stay from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing excellent assistance throughout our visit—from check-in to check-out. Our room exceeded expectations, offering fantastic features. My husband, who smokes, particularly appreciated having a balcony, and the stunning view made it even more special. We chose this hotel because of its ideal location for the marathon, and it could not have been more convenient. The beach and swimming pool were beautifully maintained, offering clean and relaxing spaces to unwind. One evening, we enjoyed drinks at Lexx on the terrace, which was a delightful experience. This hotel truly impressed us, and the next time we visit Abu Dhabi, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed in The Ritz-Carlton for 1 night. We booked this hotel so we can visit Abu Dhabi and also the Grand Mosque. The hotel was incredible and the facilities amazing. From the entrance, the lobby and the rooms to the swimming pool, the beach and the restaurants. The staff was amazing and a key point to our experience. They welcomed us in their hotel and were always taking care of all of the details during our stay. Ira offered and organised a romantic set up in the room along with a cake in order to celebrate my wife’s birthday and also enhance our experience. Basma oversaw the execution of the above on the day and along with Joy arranged all of the details for the surprise. They accommodated the early check-in request based on availability and also gave a small present to my 3yo daughter who was really happy. The hotel is very beautiful and has many things to do which makes you want to stay in the premises. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Grand Mosque which is within walking distance. The view of the mosque is great, especially at night with the lights on. We wished we had booked at least an extra day in Abu Dhabi in order to enjoy the hotel more. All of the staff were excellent and provided an unforgettable experience. Hospitality at its finest. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this place! The staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with multiple choices. The beach with white sand and best views. Also Park Hyatt kindly prepared a special surprise for my birthday and honeymoon. We really enjoyed our every moment here.

We loved our stay. The hotel is a real 5* luxurious resort with 5* services. The hotel itself is beautiful - from its spetacular lobby, beautifully decorated common areas to comfortable and spacious rooms. The hotel is surroned by lush gardens, many swimming pools and fantastic beach area with sunbeds. The best thing about the hotel is its´location on beautiful Saadyiat island with 8km natural beach full of shells, beautiful white sand, turquise water ... simply a paradise. We were so lucky to have dolphins visiting our beach on 2 occasions. They stayed close to the beach in shallow water which allowed us to swim few meters from them. It was a really magical moment. We will be back. We ate in most of the hotels restaurants - Budha bar, Sontaya and the Drawing room (fantastic cakes, cofee and very pleasant staff). Our favourite was Mazi, the greek restaurant. The food in Mazi was sensational - traditional greek with a little twist and beautiful presentation - well done to the chef and sous-chef! Special thanks to personnel that made our stay even better - Sana (customer satisfaction manager) and Victoria (the best piano player!!!). Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. We will be back :-)
