The room was exactly as described. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable - slept very well. Staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nights. It is a great location if you are arriving or leaving Tirana through Tirana East Gate Bus Station (the international bus station). The hotel sits within the same complex and is 2 minutes walk away - just follow the signs, go up the escalator and cross the small square. Despite being close to the bus station and next door to the TEG Shopping Centre (shops, ATMs, Foreign Exchange office and restaurants) it was very quiet at night time and windows are well insulated. The hotel was fully booked, but I didn't hear any noise from rooms next door. Breakfast was included, which made it very good value. If you are travelling onward into the city, ask at reception as they have a discount for the taxi operator. I also got some work done at the desk in the room. Wifi was fine. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

We have been before to Flumen Park , and have loved the place . They have very good restaurant, have tried the food which is excellent , the nature is beautiful and they have very good facilities . This time we were planning to stay overnight ,but for some reason we have canceled at last minute . After we call them we were very happy that they accepted our request for cancellation.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The distance to the pool was about five meters. It was a quiet hotel. Its biggest advantage was having a staff like Adi. He's a knowledgeable staff who helped us address many of our shortcomings about the city. We thank him most of all!

The hotel is around 15 minutes walking distance away from the main atractions in Tirana. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpfull and kind. The breakfast is perfect and the spa is really relaxing. One of the best facilities we've ever had chance to stay in. We will never look for another hotel if we ever go back to Tirana!

Fantastic stay - honestly place looks way better than the pics! The hotel ended up giving us a big room (which i don't think is what we paid for, so that was lovely). Asked to leave our bags there after check out and they said: as long as you need! Asked if i could have some coffee and tea after we had already checked out, and they said: of course! And they wouldn't take any money for it. Super lovely breakfast as well and again, the rooms and staff was superb. Hotel is also about a 15 min walk to the center of Tirana.
