There is no better place to stay in the Accursed Mountains than in an original Kulla. This is a very friendly and family run accommodation. We stayed for a week. After long mountain hikes we enjoyed the powerful showers. Evening dinners were amazing, 3-courses and huge portions, all homemade. Don’t forget to taste the honey. I have never in my life tasted such fruity flavoured honey. Beds are comfy, allowing a good night sleep. Also we enjoyed relaxed afternoons/evenings on the big terrace with magnificent mountain views. Also, the Kulla is directly next to the stream which was great. We had a dip every day after the hike to cool down and soothe our swollen knees. You can also meet the other guests at dinner or on the terrace, so many different people from all over. The Kulla is a bit above Theth which is great because it’s quiet and the view is uninterrupted. One can walk easily to Theth using a shortcut through the woods next to the stream. Dolores and Giovanni were super kind and helpful. I enjoyed our chats a lot. Thank you everyone for our wonderful time at Kulla Pracja.

Room very clean and everything still very new. Tasty breakfast with slight variations from day to day including fried eggs, bread, marmalade, tea, coffee, vegetables and some fruit and not to forget the view at the mountains. We were always offered cool water to refill as the tape water is drinkable. But they also offer the option to buy beverages at a reasonable price. The apartment is a little walking from the “center”, but we preferred the location. The famous church is just around the corner and some restaurants. The best swimming options are close as this end of Theth connects with the path to the waterfall. Staff was very friendly and solving any requests we had.

The accommodation was about an hour from Theth and the Blue Eye, and the view was incredible. The small hot tub was a big plus, and the place was very clean. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove, but there is an electric cooker, so you can prepare something for dinner. The check-in and check-out were very easy. We could pay either in cash or by card. The hosts were very friendly, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation
