The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

I arrived at 08:00 pm but I did not have any reservation for overnight. . The owner confirmed my room within 5 minutes and organised a transfer very quickly. They even proposed to have dinner with them as I arrived so late at night . Very good place with such nice hosts . I highly recommend this guest house.

Clean, neat, comfortable beds, wonderful view to the city. you can walk to all the sights and only 20 minutes from the airport. the hotel has wonderful friendly staff!
