The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

it’s superfriendly, it’s quiet, it’s warm and welcoming, it’s your home away from home. They can’t stop offering food and tea😂. Susan and Sarkis are lovely, adorable, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is incredible, they will assist you with anything. -02/2025 they are creating a beautiful pool area with nice quiet rooms, a bbq and a bar area. They are goodhearted so it s a pleasure and a privilege to stay here. Came for one night and stayed 12 :-)

I liked the hotel for its location, very close to the airport. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. The room is comfortable, cozy, everything you need is available in the room. We arrived very late, the hostess met us and treated us to goodies, which we were incredibly happy about. In the morning she took us to the airport

It was close to two metro stations, kebab shops and regular supermarkets. The distance between location and the centre was 15-20min by foot. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and floor mopping. The breakfast was nice and changed from day to day.

We absolutely love this Apart-Hotel. The staff is amazing friendly and accommodating. They clean the room everyday and provided clean linens even without requesting, the room and it’s facilities are well thought - there’s a washing machine, hair dryer, safe box, TV, kettle, electric stove with cooking utensils, they provide free bottles of water everyday and the hotel decor is lovely. We will definitely stay here again!
