The owner is the most helpful and kind person we've met in our whole trip around Georgia and Armenia. We arrived at 7am in the morning from a night train and she even prepared a common room for us to rest until our room was ready. Apart from that, she helped us with a lot of valuable information. Apart from that, the room was super comfortable and the common areas (with even a campfire) were amazing. Totally recommended and a huge pleasure to meet people like her in your travel!

Everything is excellent about this hotel, the staff are very helpful and super friendly and always smiling. The lady in the kitchen is also very welcoming. The location is great in the heart of Gyumri. The rooms are really well equipped, and spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows. Extremely clean. Wifi Speed is excellent for video calls and remote working. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Gyumri.

Cozy family guesthouse with hospitable staff, excellent breakfasts, and overall homely atmosphere. Interior contains many details that may be a subject of interest for some guests, including piano, old furniture, LPs, etc. Although the inner-yard view room was small, it was well-furnitured with a sparkling-clean bathroom, a good mattress and snow-white bed linen. I'd be happy to visit this place again!

The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The room had a large balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of Rizhhov. The room had all the amenities that were advertised - a fridge, plates and glasses, kettle, great shower and comfy bed. It is really nicely decorated in a warm and traditional Armenian style. The best thing about it was the delightful manager Susan and her colleague Ruzanna who keeps things absolutely spotlessly clean. Susan and Ruzanna were both very attentive and warm, but not intrusive. Because of Susan and Ruzanna, we enjoyed our stay there immensely. We also used the laundry service which was very affordable and handy.

The price for the room is good compared to other options in the city. The room was nice, the floor was completely carpeted, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow was of good quality. I noticed that attention was paid to small details as well. The room itself is spacious enough for two people. There are plenty of charging points, a mirror in the room and another in the bathroom. The kitchen was literally fully equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. The location is also great, as it’s close to the Iron Fountain, which is a perfect spot for selfies.
