The owner of the hotel was extremely hospitable and friendly. He treated us like we were his family members. Service was amazing, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The location was right in the centre of the city everything was within walking distance and we had a spectacularview of the mountains and city centre. Highly recommend!!

Eric and his family were exceptional host. Very Very Helpful and Friendly. The rooms were amazing and big in size... very very comfortable. Very accommodating and always ready to help. To give you a real-life example - I had an accident with my car near his house... Eric rushed to help me. He stood like a wall between me and the locals. I did not speak the local language... Eric dealt for me with the police, insurance agent, and locals (who wanted to get money out of me)... but Eric protected me and didn't let it happen. Eric was standing beside me whole 6 hours of this ordeal! He left all his job to help me. His family took care of my family during all these difficult times. No one does this in today's world - but they did it for the sake of humanity. Very Very Good people... I will always recommend this place and family.

The best place to stay in Meghri: authentic, historic, family-run, with amazing views, a delightful terrace, and comfortable room that remained cool thanks to a fan and insulation despite hot weather. Plus, it is right next to one of the most beautiful and unique Armenian church (interiors) we had ever seen. Breakfast, especially the herbal tea, was delicious, and we appreciated the hosts' help in connecting us to an efficient and kind mechanic when we discovered an issue with our car. We would love to visit again, especially in the early fall, and to stay longer, guided around the area by our hosts.
