The whole experience was great, the staff, and the hotel is quiet in a quiet location. the room is clean and the bathroom was awesome. The breakfast is awesome and every day is different than before. Very beautiful accommodation with a city view. Breakfast was adjusted based on your food preferences, which I did not expect and it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and I was satisfied with everything. Definitely recommend this stay.

We were very comfortable staying at Seva Guesthouse. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We could get hot water from the kitchen and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning with view on Mount Aragat :) The owner can help you with reserving a spot at the space observatory if you want. And we could leave our bags while we were exploring the region. Can recommend!
