The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant hotel with supportive stuff and comfortable rooms. Every room has an air conditioner, very helpful in Armenian summer. The hotel is right across the street from the famous Echmiadzin monastery and museum.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. There was a problem with water heating that they fixed immediately. The flat is nicely furnished and everything was spotless. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious.

The personal was very friendly and they picked up and dropped us at the airport with no extra cost. That made a huge difference because we needed to take a flight at 6:30 am.

Perfect stay near the airport for good money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left the room at night to find out I had a flight delayed till noon, so I called them and they let me back in. Definitely will return.
