The hotel is located near the main local attraction - Etchmiatzin cathedral. Our room was spotless clean and very well equipped, but what we liked most was very friendly and helpful staff, especially Norayr at the reception desk was very kind and friendly and gave us great, detailed instructions how to reach all the monuments. We also got wonderful dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

Undoubtedly, this place is one of the most exceptional I've ever been. The family was incredibly friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They served us delectable dinners, wine, and beer. The entire place was clean and well-maintained, and all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I arrived at 08:00 pm but I did not have any reservation for overnight. . The owner confirmed my room within 5 minutes and organised a transfer very quickly. They even proposed to have dinner with them as I arrived so late at night . Very good place with such nice hosts . I highly recommend this guest house.

Super fast communication, comfortable transfer from airport and to airport again, friendly staff (speaking ENG + RU), 10 minutes from the airport, restaurant opened even during night and very tasty food. Wifi working well. Top place if you have transfer flight and need to rest.

I ordered a pick-up from the airport. The driver spoke perfect English, the car was new and comfortable. At the hotel, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a very good quality bed and all the necessary amenities. I asked the driver to go to the city for food. He served me immediately and even gave me a small tour of the city. Imagine that he didn't even want to be paid. It is recommended that you ask Arthur to show you around the city, of course, for the relevant fee. When we returned to the hotel because I was leaving at 03:00, they asked me what I wanted for breakfast, which they brought to my room at the time I requested. What else could anyone ask for from a hotel? Overall, they made me feel so beautiful that I forgot about the terrifying experience of Russia.

We were first tíme In this Hotel Port Plaza In Erevan, But for sure we will visit this hotel next tíme as well, first thing was the transfer that we were pleasantly surprised, hotel owns cars with good quality, they came to pick us up directly from the airport, the price was also affordable but we wrote them in advance if we need small or a big car and for how many person as they have different types of vans, clean and nice with very pleasant driver, we arrived to the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the nice and neat rooms , very very clean and seems to be very new. We even saw 2-3 rooms they look great and very comfortable, with big rooms and big beautiful beds we had a good time you feel a great atmosphere in the hotel, thank you!
